Cay manages the compliance, on-boarding and overall contractor care of our active contractors globally. Ensuring global SLA’s are met, Cay works with the on-boarding team on Pre-Employment Screening (PES) in line with client specific policies and international rules of engagement.

Cay also manages both internal and external audits including quarterly HMRC Intermediary Reporting.
